ABOUT ME

My name is Simon, and I am a 3D Specialist and Customer Success Manager with over 11 years of experience, based in Munich, Germany. My background combines CGI expertise with structured project delivery and close client collaboration, particularly within the fashion and digital content industries.

For more than five years, I worked at CLO Virtual Fashion Inc. as a 3D & Implementation Specialist, supporting fashion brands in adopting CLO 3D and Marvelous Designer to create high-quality digital twins. I acted as a central contact point between clients and internal teams, managing multiple projects in parallel with varying scopes, timelines, and technical complexity, while building long-term, trust-based client relationships.

Alongside project delivery, I supported sales processes by scoping projects, defining technical requirements, and translating client needs into feasible, clearly priced solutions. I regularly presented to stakeholders through live demos and presentations and am confident discussing value, timelines, and pricing.

My career began as a Motion Designer, delivering projects from kickoff to final output for broadcasters such as Sky Television and international agency clients. This foundation trained my eye for quality and precision in fast-paced production environments.

Today, I bring a highly structured way of working to creative and digital projects. I am familiar with traditional project management principles, including scope definition, milestone planning, risk assessment, documentation, and quality gates. Quality control is a core part of my work, and I proactively identify and communicate visual and technical inconsistencies to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

My 3D focus lies in product visualization, supported by a strong understanding of the full CGI pipeline across fashion, automotive, and broadcast. I am known as a hands-on problem solver who combines technical expertise with pragmatic project leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in the client’s best interest.
